Every rented bike is set to fit your body geometry and is equipped with a puncture kid and tools that come in handy in case of emergency. For the last 10 years, in our whole training camp history, we haven‘t had any customer who would feel the rented bike would not fit for him.

In case of order insurance FULL we offer SOS ASSISTANCE, which guarantee our support in case of accident or any mechanical problem everywhere on the island for free.

This hotel has a peaceful, family atmosphere, providing ideal conditions for relaxation. Spacious twin rooms are standard at the hotel, and the hotel’s cuisine will not disappoint any professional sportsperson or demanding gourmet.

We arrange transportation all over the island. We will bring you closer to distant places. We will take the rented bike to place of your stay, or we will help in case of a collision anywhere on the island free of charge in case of emergency as part of our service package.

Why should I go on the cycling holiday in Mallorca?
Spring and autumn in Mallorca are the perfect combination which every cyclist wishes for. Every year thousands of cyclists of all ages and types from all over Europe come there to train hard or just to ride along with their friends and have fun. This destination is not intended only for the top athletes who spend here many training hours but Mallorca welcomes and is open for all kind of hobby or occasional riders from teenagers to seniors. Mallorca is vastly enjoyed by various lovers of cycling no matter where their motivation originates.
In Mallorca you can find plenty of wide roads as well as some narrow roads with low traffic, which cross the whole island so you can avoid riding the same route twice. Whereas the south-east part of the island offers flat profiles and suits for a first training in the season, in the north you can reach the mountains with the altitude up to 1000 above the sea, where you can face the challenges and push your climbing limits.
All the cyclists come there with the same target to enjoy the ride, draw energy from the sun, taste the local cuisine, learn about the local culture and enjoy an active holiday individually or in a group of friends.

I don't know how to get the right measurements of my bike
In case you do not own a road bike take the measurement of your mountain bike instead. If you are not sure what measurements to take, do not worry. Send us your height, weight and the size of your cycling jersey and we take care of the rest once you come to Mallorca.
Can I use the gift and discount vouchers?
The validity of the voucher is restricted by the given date therefore deposit has to be paid within the relevant time period. Expired vouchers are not valid. If more discounts are applied the highest one is relevant and individual discounts cannot be topped up. That includes the First minute offer as well.
How can I pay for a rental?
To confirm your reservation is always necessary to make a deposit payment. This can be done in two ways:
SEPA payment (pay through your bank account). Be aware that Sepa is united area for payments in euros. That means the payment must be always proceed in euros.
Transaction fee for Sepa payment from country in EU zone is free. Transaction fee for Sepa payment from country out of EU zone is charged according to your bank conditions.
Payment through gateway Stripe. Payment gateway Stripe allows you to pay via debit card (online).
Stripe is an external payment solution. In case of payment through this payment gateway is always charged a fee 3% from the amount for the intermediary. (Stripe.com)
You can always pay the whole amount of your rental or you can pay the rest of the amount in the shop (in cash or via credit card).

What is the best time to book your holiday?
It is advisable to book your holiday in advance. The best time for reservation for a spring season is between January and December. Concerning the autumn season there is suitable to make your booking between June and August.
How to choose my flight ticket and what are the best arrival and departure times?
Be aware of the fact that the prices of flight tickets constantly rise. Therefore the sooner you buy your ticket, the cheaper it will be. We recommend you to buy your flight ticket at the same time you book your holiday and bike. Since you are planning a sport activity holiday we also strongly recommend you to buy cancelation insurance in case you are forced to cancel your stay due to health complications.
If you would like us to arrange your plane ticket we are happy to do so. The ideal flights are from Prague/Vienna/German directly to Mallorca.
The best arrival time to Mallorca is between 12 a.m. and 2 p.m. (the hotel check-in starts at 2 p.m.). The ideal departure time is between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. as it will give you the chance to enjoy your last day on the island fully (the hotel check-out time is until 12 a.m., in order to extend the check-out time you need to pay extra).
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
If you would like to pick up at the airport and take you back at the end of your stay we are happy to do so. This service is paid extra, however it is the quickest method how to reach hotel.
